Situated on the edge of Perth’s Swan River, The Towers at Elizabeth Quay present a uniquely Western Australian take on luxury apartment living. Standing alongside the iconic Bell Tower and ‘Spanda’ Sculpture, The Towers cut a striking silhouette amidst the lively waterfront precinct.

From their sleek façade that reflects every sunset and sunrise, to the functional elements within each apartment, every inch of the development is thoughtfully designed to suit the environment and character of its locale.

The unique architecture of The Towers in Perth was inspired by the elements of its natural environment – the rush of water, wind and rain. The imagined erosional forces shape the structure from top to bottom, resulting in the grid like podium (similar to the inside of a shell) that leads to smooth and rounded shapes as the building ascends higher into the Perth skyline.

The podium is clad with Kimberley sandstone, paying homage to the Kimberley region that is famous for breathtaking gorges lined with multi-coloured cliffs. The sandstone spills over as you enter the foyer, manned by the friendly concierge staff.

The apartments themselves are designed to enhance an active city lifestyle and the idyllic waterfront location. They come in a variety of configurations with modern open plan living featuring strongly across all apartments. The interiors are finished with a neutral colour palette, drawing attention to the main attraction: panoramic views overlooking the Swan River and the Perth CBD.

The apartments also feature the first operable façade windows in the world to achieve high-rise engineering standards. The brainchild of Far East Consortium, the lift and tilt operable windows were extensively researched and tested for over two years and now provide the perfect balcony replacement for high rise living, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and waterfront views whilst steering clear of harsh wind. At The Towers, they provide the perfect setting for a lovely alfresco meal.

As a resident, you will also have access to a suite of premium residential amenities. Take a sunset dip in a pool terrace as you watch the city light up for the night or work up a sweat at the gym. The apartment towers also provide facilities for you to share your gorgeous waterfront abode with your friends and family. The barbecue and communal dining areas are the perfect place to host a stylish luncheon or intimate dinner.

If staying in is not your thing, opt for one of the many restaurants that line the promenade, or take your pick from The Towers’ conveniently located ground floor retail precinct – you’ll be spoilt for choice while living in Elizabeth Quay. Not to mention, residents will be sharing a roof with a world-renowned Ritz-Carlton brand hotel. The hotel officially opened in November 2019, bringing dining experiences by some of the country’s top culinary talents to the quay.

For shopping, entertainment and more, the Elizabeth Quay train and bus stations are within walking distance, though you could easily get to many of the city’s attractions on foot, such as the Museum of Perth or Murray Street Mall.

The Towers at Elizabeth Quay provide an unrivalled level of luxury in Perth’s CBD. Boasting immaculate design across the entire property, residents will live in style while enjoying all the perks of its well-connected location.
