Absolute water front living, premium luxury apartments and the proposed Ritz-Carlton Hotel – the top luxury hotel brand in the world.
After an absence of over a decade, Perth and The Towers at Elizabeth Quay are proud to be the site of the anticipated return of this global hotel to Australian shores.
With a company philosophy committed to inspiring life’s most meaningful journeys in the most desirable destinations on earth, it’s clear to see why it is the perfect match for Elizabeth Quay right here in Perth.
Sitting proudly as the centrepiece of this unique, prominent foreshore location, the proposed Ritz-Carlton will offer guests a new luxury destination experience in Western Australia, attracting visitors from across the globe.
The Towers at Elizabeth Quay are designed as part of a planned mixed-use precinct that will feature the Ritz-Carlton hotel, which is part of the iconic luxury chain of Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts.
The proposed Ritz-Carlton hotel at Elizabeth Quay will feature 204 luxury hotel suites accompanied by a wide range of venues and recreational amenities.
Guests will enjoy the hotel’s array of amenities including The Ritz-Carlton Spa offering indulgent signature treatments and tailored spa experiences, vitality pools & treatment rooms, fitness centre, roof bar & lounge, pool, whirl pool, restaurant, meeting rooms, pre-function foyer with gallery looking down to entrance foyer, junior ballroom, main ballroom, and club lounge. The podium rooftop bar will be accessible to the general public and will be a prime vantage point over the quayside.
Adding to the lavish accommodation and services enjoyed by guests who stay at the hotel, will be the wide range of venues within the hotel – a grand ballroom and function rooms – making Elizabeth Quay ‘the’ place for special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, important industry conferences, exhibitions, launches and gala events.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. or its affiliates (“Ritz-Carlton”) have entered into an agreement with the developer, Perth FEC Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Far East Consortium, to manage the proposed hotel, The Ritz Carlton, Perth. This agreement may be terminated in certain circumstances such as default and in which case, the hotel will no longer be a Ritz-Carlton branded hotel. The Towers at Elizabeth Quay are not owned, developed, marketed, sold, managed or serviced by Ritz-Carlton.
