Friday, 29th of January saw the extravagant grand opening of the Elizabeth Quay waterfront precinct. The three week family-friendly carnival, which is set to end this Sunday 6th March, has attracted more than 1 Million visitors! The carnival has provided revellers with 1920’s inspired performances, pop-up food and beverage outlets, nightly water and laser shows and all the fun and activities from the Fringe World Fairground.
The various eateries which will live at Elizabeth Quay are set to open their doors by April.
The wave of sales at The Towers at Elizabeth Quay has continued, with the people of Perth showing their confidence and excitement about the new riverfront precinct.
The project broke records the first weekend on the market with sales amounting to over $100M. Since launch day, we have now sold over $260M worth of apartments and sales are still running at close to $10M per week.
