Construction Update – April 2018

If you haven’t visited Elizabeth Quay recently, we strongly recommend you do!

You can get a great view of the construction happening in Lot 9 (The Ritz) and 10 (Front Tower) from directly outside the Display Suite. The site is quickly transforming before our eyes!

LOT 10: 
Probuild have advised practical completion at the end of March 2019. 
We are therefore expecting:
– Client inspections in April 2019
– Settlement in May 2019

LOT 9: (The Ritz-Carlton)
Probuild have advised practical completion at the end of May 2019.
We are therefore expecting:
– Client inspections in June 2019.
– Settlement in July 2019. 

Please note: These dates are not guaranteed. There may be unforeseen delays in construction and producing apartment titles. 

  • Concrete pours are now up to level 12 in Lot 10 and level 8 in Lot 9.
  • Glass is now being installed on Lot 10 and services are being added to both towers.
  • Sales have been strong recently with 50 Sales so far in 2018.
  • The Lot 10 tower is now 92% sold.
We recently visited the Podium Level on Lot 10, Level 5 and were in awe of the uninterrupted views on offer as seen below.
